PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk (“Company”) was established on August 24th 1989 domiciled at the Regency of Bekasi, is a limited liability company which was established to perform business in the industrial estate compliance with the prevailing legislations in the Republic of Indonesia.

We are located at Cibitung, Bekasi Perfecture, West Java Province, Indonesia. Our location is easily accessible from major locations of Jakarta Capital City: 30km from Jakarta CBD (Central Business District), 35km from Tanjung Priok Sea Port, and 55km from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

Strategically located beside Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, with direct access o the Toll Road via Cibitung interchange and the free traffic, allowing us to enhance our daily business activity.
Our journey began in 1989. In that year Bekasi Fajar Estate was established covering an area of 500ha.

Strategically located in MM2100 industrial area, the Company focused on the development and management of industrial estates.

In 1990, Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate together with Marubeni Corporation established PT. Megapolis Manunggal Industrial Development to build and manage the MM2100 industrial district.

There are more than 150 tenants in the area, consisting national as well as multinational companies.

We are also working on building to suit warehouse such as Unilever Mega DC in cibitung, one of the biggest warehouse in Asia with a 90.000 sqm of building, in 200.000 sqm of total area. Unilever Mega DC warehouse will be fully operated in the summer of 2012.
