The company changed its name to PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk in 2007 . PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk became a public company to conduct a public offering in Indonesia Stock Exchange .
After more than 19 years since its inception , the company has become an integrated property developer that focuses its business activities in the construction and management of residential , commercial areas , industrial areas , and also the management of shopping centers , leisure centers and hospitality ( integrated area development ) .
In 1994 , the Company began to develop the first project in an integrated area named Alam Sutera is located in Serpong, Tangerang . Development of the first phase of Alam Sutera has been completed, and the Company is currently focused on the development of the second phase is more focused on the development of commercial areas . Along with the development of Alam Sutera second phase , in 2012 the Company also markets several new clusters in the project Suvarna Rice Golf Estate, Market Thursday, Tangerang and the acquisition of some assets in strategic locations in Bali and office buildings in Jakarta .
